Llyn Elsi from Betws-y-Coed, Eryri (Snowdonia)

A pleasant walk through woodland and around Llyn Elsi, the lake near to Betws-y-Coed. It's close to the town but a good way to escape the crowds! The route goes uphill for about 2km, then it's a gentle stroll around the lake before descending back to the town. You can park for free along the road, or at one of the paid car parks (Cae Llan or Pont-y-Pair).
