An epic hike climbing Helvellyn, the third-highest mountain in the Lake District (and England). This route incorporates the famous Striding Edge, which can be scary and treacherous in bad weather, so take care! When I did this walk with my cousin Frankie, the weather was perfect and it was a fun scramble. The route starts and ends at the car park in Glenridding.

Epic hike with my cousin Jack. We had awesome weather and I absolutely loved Striding Edge, although hadn’t appreciated how steep it drops off either side so be cautious for loose rocks! It can get very windy at the top too. On the route back we went via Swirral Edge which provides equally spectacular views. 🥾👌🏻⛰️
